RALPH HOMAN

Founder and Partner

Ralph created the ConneX concept from his experience in equipment finance, A/R financing, and as a banker.

It was through all these experiences that Ralph saw the benefit in one company connecting partners and clients with banks, equipment finance, A/R financing (factoring), working capital loans, commercial real estate loans, purchase order financing, CFO services and other relevant financial services. Today, ConneX helps partners and their clients secure a wide variety of alternative approvals when banks had to decline. It also allows partners and clients to not have to spend time and effort finding the right type of services at the best cost.

LyNDA HOMAN

Founder and Managing Partner

Lynda runs operations and oversees credit, documentation, and funding. Her background is broad but with an emphasis on the entrepreneurial. Lynda had success early on as an apprentice to Gene Juarez at his flagship salon in Seattle. From there she owned her own salon and only recently retired from the hair profession. She helped develop and own a successful Bed & Breakfast in Edmonds WA as well as participating in several successful land development projects. Lynda later joined her son in starting a development company which he continues to own and operate today.

Lynda's understanding of what business owners are up against is critical to the value ConneX offers its clients.
